What is true

• Every colour was measured. Text on every ground meets the 4.5:1 contrast the standard asks for, including text set over the moving light on the home, archive, events and journal pages, which was measured against the brightest tenth of that light rather than assumed.
• Everything works from a keyboard. Every control can be reached and used without a mouse, focus is always visible, and the expanded player and the ticket drawer keep focus inside them until closed.
• Nothing depends on colour alone. A state is always named in words as well as coloured; a flag on the desk says Stop or Soon before it is red or brass.
• Every photograph carries a description — the site refuses to publish one without.
• Motion respects your setting. If your device asks for reduced motion, the lights stop moving, the travelling highlights stop, and content arrives already in place.
• Type is real text, never a picture of text, and the page can be enlarged to 200% without anything being lost.
• The site works without JavaScript for reading, searching by link, and signing in; the Keep and Follow buttons are ordinary forms that submit and return.

What is known to fall short

• The recordings have no transcripts. They are music, mostly without words; where a recording contains speech — an introduction, a conversation — a transcript will be added to its entry, and until then it is noted as missing there.
• The map is a drawing. The cities on it are also listed as text beneath it, and every entry names its city, so nothing is only on the map.
• The SoundCloud player, when a recording plays from there, is SoundCloud's own and is announced by their labels, not ours.
